LICENSE AGREEMENT Last Updated: 13 June 2026 1. Ownership Users retain ownership of photographs uploaded to Still Here. Still Here retains ownership of: Software; AI workflows; Scene templates; Website content; Branding. 2. License Granted Upon purchase, Still Here grants the purchaser a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the generated video for personal purposes. 3. Permitted Uses You may: Download the video; Store the video; Share the video with family and friends; Publish the video on social media; Include the video in personal memorial pages, family archives, or personal projects. 4. Prohibited Uses You may not: Resell the video as a standalone commercial product; Sell access to the generated video; Use generated videos as part of a competing service; Claim ownership of Still Here software or technology. 5. Marketing Usage Still Here receives no rights to use your generated video unless you separately and explicitly grant permission. 6. No Transfer of Technology Purchase of a video does not transfer ownership of: Software; Models; Prompts; Templates; Internal workflows. All such rights remain the property of Still Here. 7.
