By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Still Here allows users to create AI-generated pet memory videos using photographs uploaded by the user.
Users may upload photographs, select a scene, generate a preview, and purchase a high-quality downloadable version of the generated video.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.
3. User Content
You retain ownership of any photographs or other content you upload.
You represent and warrant that:
You own the content you upload; or
You have all necessary rights and permissions to upload and use the content.
You are solely responsible for uploaded content.
4. Prohibited Content
You may not upload content that:
Violates applicable laws;
Infringes copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other rights;
Contains illegal material;
Contains malicious code or harmful software.
Still Here reserves the right to reject or remove content at its sole discretion.
5. AI-Generated Content
Videos generated by Still Here are created using artificial intelligence.
Generated videos are artistic interpretations based on uploaded photographs and selected scenes.
Still Here does not guarantee that generated videos will perfectly replicate the appearance, behavior, movement, or personality of any animal.
Generated videos are not recordings of real events.
6. Previews and Purchases
Users may preview generated videos before making a purchase.
The purchased version represents the same generated content as the preview and may differ only in:
Watermark removal;
Resolution;
Export quality.
7. Pricing
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Prices displayed at checkout are final and applicable to the specific purchase.
8. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of uploaded photographs.
Users receive a license to use purchased generated videos as described in the License Agreement.
Still Here retains ownership of:
The Service;
Software;
Website;
AI workflows;
Scene templates;
Branding;
Logos.
9. Marketing Use
Still Here will only use uploaded photos or generated videos when the user has explicitly granted permission through the sharing preferences available during the creation process.
Depending on the permissions selected by the user, generated videos may be:
- Shared with other Still Here users;
- Displayed publicly on the Still Here website;
- Used in social media posts;
- Used in advertising and promotional campaigns.
Users remain in full control of these permissions and may revoke consent by contacting Still Here.
10. Availability
The Service is provided on an "as available" basis.
Still Here does not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Still Here shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages;
Consequential damages;
Loss of profits;
Loss of data;
Emotional distress;
Business interruption.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for the specific purchase giving rise to the claim.
12. Termination
Still Here may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time if these Terms are violated.
13. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time.
Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Generated videos are artistic and AI-generated interpretations created for remembrance, reflection, and personal enjoyment.
The videos do not represent actual recorded events, real memories, or factual recreations of past experiences.
Users acknowledge that generated content may evoke emotional responses and that Still Here makes no claims regarding the historical accuracy of generated scenes.
Still Here does not provide grief counseling, therapy, psychological services, or emotional support services.
The Service is intended solely for creative and personal use.
