Refund Eligibility Refunds may be provided if: The purchased video cannot be downloaded; The delivered file is corrupted; A technical issue prevents delivery of the purchased version; Duplicate charges occur. Non-Refundable Situations Refunds are not provided for: Personal preference after viewing the preview; Dissatisfaction with scene selection; Dissatisfaction with AI-generated artistic interpretation; Mistaken purchases; Failure to download the file before deletion deadlines. Preview Policy The preview represents the generated content that will be delivered after purchase.
